Nick’s ability was spotted by Gary and Vicki Wallace (Top 5% of Bayleys Sales People, annually since 2006) and they brought him onboard to work in partnership with the Wallace Team. This partnership has flourished.
Nick started his working life, for his property developer father in London. Unfortunately a cushy position was not forth coming and Nick was made to toil mixing cement, carrying bricks and making a lot of tea. Nick soon realised that he was not going to be handed anything on a plate, so he went to University and studied marketing. Nick went on to work as a Sales & Marketing Manager for a housing developer in London, then stateside working for a boutique TV editorial company in Manhattan and more recently working for the largest architectural practice in New Zealand. Nick utilises this breadth of sales and marketing experience in the housing industry to ensure that every property is marketed to the right target audience, through the most effective advertising mediums to achieve the best possible result.
Nick is married to a Kiwi interior designer and they have a young family, living in Parnell.
